Customer service hours

Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (CET). Messages received outside these hours are answered the next business day.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address with your return authorisation.

How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), and total delivery, including that processing, is 7 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your destination. Shipping is free worldwide. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day your order arrives. See our Refund and Return Policy.

Which payment methods can I use?
