What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Union Pay. The exact options appear at checkout. See our Payment Policy.
Can I pay later with Klarna?
Yes, Klarna is available at checkout where supported.
Which currency are prices in?
Our prices are set in Euros (EUR). Depending on where you are, prices may be shown and charged in your local currency at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. We never store your full card details.
Sizing
What sizes do you use?
All our footwear is listed in EU sizes. Every product page shows the EU sizes available for that style.
I normally buy UK sizes. What should I order?
As a rough guide, an EU size is roughly 33 higher than the UK size — a UK 7 is around an EU 40 or 41. If you are not sure, email us at sales@walterharrison.com with the size you usually wear and we will confirm the right EU size before you order.
What if I am between sizes, or the fit is wrong?
Email us before you order and we will help you choose. If a pair arrives and the fit is not right, you have 14 days to send it back — see Returns below.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders worldwide, with no minimum spend.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
How long is delivery?
Total estimated delivery, including the 1 to 3 business days of processing above, is 7 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your destination. Times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged on delivery. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not deliver there yet.
Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our Track My Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day your order arrives. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. See our Refund and Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email us at sales@walterharrison.com first. We will send you the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Who pays for return postage?
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the cost. If you changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
